With more than three decades of history, MEDIC PREV began a new phase in its management and sought to renew its image and positioning.
I was invited to lead the Strategic Business Repositioning process and redesign its Branding, focusing on Marketing Planning and Strategic Branding to generate a more competitive positioning. The mission was clear: to value the legacy built and, at the same time, project the company into the future.

The journey began with an in-depth marketing diagnosis, carried out through 8 collaborative workshops with the company's leadership and internal team. We mapped and analyzed competitors, explored the main and most profitable business segments, identified opportunities and threats for the company, and together defined the new marketing positioning and new business strategies. Based on the insights generated, I developed the entire Branding platform, bringing a new purpose, archetype, persona, tone of voice, territory and new brand positioning to its audience.
Based on these definitions, I consolidated the creation of the new visual identity, new brand manifesto, new brand application guide and the creation of communication materials for physical and digital media.

The result?
A more consistent brand, connected with its time, with an aligned discourse and a strengthened presence in the market.
